• Prepare your photographer, notify them of contracted time and which poses you prefer. Discuss how much time they will need.
• Be detailed in expectations regarding the route and destination of pick-up and drop-off so we can serve YOU better.
• Notify HHC of all forms of entertainment and props that may be out of the ordinary to the horses.
• Contract your date with HHC as early as possible to ensure availability. (Schedule contracts no earlier than 12 months in advance)
• Take consideration that there must be a nearby area for HHC to park truck and trailers.
• Be sure to have written permission of a horse-drawn carriage/truck and trailers on property, if event is held on private property or federal property.
• When wearing or holding any flower products be aware that you are tempting the horse.
• Make sure all small children are supervised when encountering live animals and carriages in motion.
• Carriages will reverse and be in motion, so all guests must be aware to keep safe distances and not crowd the vehicles.
